H/L went through a rebrand in 2023 to give them more of an edge in the marketplace and showcase how they stood out as an agency. The goal was to create a brand that cut through the noise and showed how they Make Momentum™ for their clients.
How H/L Makes Momentum
This project aimed to capture various ways the agency creates momentum internally in one easily understandable graphic. It gives potential clients a snapshot of what the agency values and helps them to see how they align with H/L on a deeper level.
Leveling up on social
H/L realized the need to develop a stronger social media presence to attract potential clients and employees. I collaborated with an Art Director to develop the social style and build a template library that fit that style and was within the brand guidelines. We aimed to create engagement through a clean design aesthetic while implementing our brand voice through color and pattern elements.
Affinity groups were created to foster genuine connections between co-workers based on similar interests. Given the agency’s hybrid work environment, connecting with others is necessary for growing relationships and developing the agency culture.
Winning awards is exciting, and people love seeing others recognize their work. Highlighting awards gives H/L an edge over the competition and makes them attractive to potential employees.
Social platforms are all about sharing what you do with others. Highlighting client work creates curiosity and appeal and can lead to new business opportunities for the agency.
H/L hosts a speaker series called Momentum Makers. The topics discussed are intended to challenge, inspire, and encourage each employee to make a difference within the agency and do work that matters.
Business Card
H/L requested a business card that communicated the idea of making momentum clearly while allowing the branding to shine. I combined the branded pattern element with a minimalist design to bring this message to life. This business card was able to tie back to the brand in multiple ways while expressing how H/L makes momentum for its current and potential clients.
